Xarelto 10mg Tablet is a medicine known as an anticoagulant or blood thinner. It helps prevent and treat blood clots. It is used to reduce the risk of stroke and heart attack. It prevents and treats clot formation in the veins of your legs, lungs, brain and heart.

Xarelto 10mg Tablet is commonly used in patients with irregular heart rhythm (atrial fibrillation) to prevent clot formation. It also reduces the risk of getting clots in people who have undergone knee or hip replacement surgeries. It should be taken with food and it is best to take them at the same time each day. You may need to take this medicine for many years, even for life in some cases. Do not stop taking it or change the dose without guidance from your doctor. It could quickly put you more at risk of having a heart attack, stroke, or thrombosis (formation of a blood clot within a blood vessel). You can reduce your risk of having a blood clot by making changes to your lifestyle, such as not smoking, eating a healthy diet, getting regular exercise, and losing weight if you need to.

USES OF XARELTO TABLET

This drug is contraindicated in individuals with known hypersensitivity or allergy to it or its component. Stop taking this tablet and contact your doctor immediately if you develop a rash or skin symptoms. The use of this drug increases the cardiovascular risk. It is highly advised to discuss with your physician if you have any existing heart disease condition before initiating the treatment with Novoeight 1000IU Injection. A central venous access device (CVAD) may sometimes be required to administer this drug treatment. It's important to consider the risks associated with CVAD-related complications, including local infections, bacteremia (bacterial infection in the bloodstream), and catheter site thrombosis (blood clot formation at the catheter site). Proper care and monitoring should be exercised to minimize these risks. 

Fanhdi 500IU Injection is an antihemophilic medicine in the class of miscellaneous coagulation modifiers containing the active ingredient Factor VIII. It is used to treat and prevent bleeding in individuals with hemophilia A, a genetic disorder caused by a deficiency or dysfunction of factor VIII, a clotting protein in the blood.

This drug is contraindicated in individuals with known hypersensitivity or allergy to it or its component. Stop taking this tablet and contact your doctor immediately if you develop a rash or skin symptoms. The use of this drug increases the cardiovascular risk. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your doctor for more advice before starting the treatment with this drug.

• Treatment of Hemophilia A

Actilyse 50mg Injection is given directly into a vein by a doctor as soon as possible after the first signs of a heart attack, stroke, or pulmonary embolism are noticed. Your breathing, blood pressure, oxygen levels and other vital signs will be watched closely. You may be given another medicine to prevent the formation of new blood clots at the same time or after the treatment.Actilyse 50mg Injection may cause confusion, nausea, and vomiting. It has many serious side effects. The most common and serious side effect of this medicine is bleeding. Treatment with this drug can lead to bleeding in the brain (cerebral hemorrhage), extremely low blood pressure (shock), and cardiac arrest (where your heart stops beating). Your treatment may be stopped if any of these happen. Talk to your doctor about the risk of serious side effects before you are given this medicine.This medicine is not suitable for everyone. There is a long list of situations where you will not be given Actilyse 50mg Injection including if you have had a head injury, surgery of your brain or spinal cord, and any current bleeding anywhere in your body. The most common side effect of Apigat 2.5 Tablet is bleeding more easily than normal, for example, having nosebleeds or bruising. If you experience any symptoms, tell your doctor immediately. Other side effects include hematoma, anemia, and nausea.

Do not take this medicine if you have severe kidney or liver problems, if you are currently bleeding, or if you are taking other medicines to reduce blood clotting. You should not breastfeed while using this medicine. Unlike other anticoagulants, a regular blood test (PT-INR) is not required while taking this medicine.

Pro-throm 250IU injection is a hemostatic that belongs to the group of medicines called clotting factors. It contains the human prothrombin complex, which is composed of vitamin K-dependent blood coagulation factors II, VII, IX, and X. It is used to treat and prevent acute major bleeding caused by certain medicines called vitamin K antagonists (warfarin). It is also indicated in people born with low levels of vitamin K-dependent coagulation factors II and X.  It is used when a purified specific clotting factor product is unavailable. 

Do not take Pro-throm 250IU injection if you are allergic to heparin and any one of the ingredients in the medicine. Inform your physician if you have IgA (immunoglobulin A) deficiency with known antibodies against IgA. Tell your physician if you have a history of heart problems, liver diseases or if you are going to have any surgery before initiating the treatment.  This medicine may increase your risk of thrombosis (blood clots); notify your physician immediately if you face any signs and symptoms of thrombosis, such as limb or abdomen swelling or pain, chest pain, drop in blood pressure, shortness of breath, loss of sensation or motor power, altered consciousness, vision or speech disturbances, confusion, and fever. 

Limited information is available regarding the use of Pro-throm 250IU injection in children and adolescents. The most common side effects are headache, nausea, vomiting, decreased blood pressure, and anemia. Human prothrombin complex is made from human blood; hence it may carry a risk of transmitting infectious agents. Discuss the risks and benefits with your doctor before receiving this medicine
