1. Nature of Pharmaceutical Products
-Pharmaceutical products are regulated, safety-sensitive, and temperature-controlled goods.
-If an order has been packed and dispatched, the products cannot be returned for safety, quality, and regulatory reasons.
-Returns will therefore not be accepted after shipment, but genuine claims may be reviewed according to the conditions mentioned in this policy.
2. Shipping Policy

-If payment is confirmed and products are available, We will usually process and dispatch the order within 1–5 business days.
*But dispatch time may vary if:
-the product requires procurement from manufacturer
-regulatory documentation is required
-courier or airline schedules change
If delays occur due to customs inspections, regulatory checks, airline delays, or logistics disruptions, Sipmax Pharma will assist with communication but cannot guarantee exact delivery timelines.
3. Customs Clearance Responsibility
If the shipment arrives in the destination country, the consignee (buyer or customer) is responsible for customs clearance and local import compliance.
Sipmax Pharma will provide required shipping documents such as:
-commercial invoice
-airway bill
But import permits, licenses, and customs duties remain the responsibility of the consignee.

-the buyer does not have required import permits
-the consignee refuses delivery
-the shipment is abandoned after arrival
But we may assist with communication where possible.
6. Failure to Clear Shipment
If the consignee fails to clear the shipment within the free storage period provided by customs or the airline, the shipment may incur:
-warehouse charges

These charges will be the responsibility of the consignee, but Sipmax Pharma may assist with communication if necessary.
