    CompositionCabazitaxel
Cabazitaxel (60 mg) is a potent antineoplastic (anti-cancer) medication used primarily in the treatment of advanced prostate cancer. It belongs to a class of drugs known as taxanes, which work by interfering with the ability of cancer cells to divide and grow.1. Introduction & UseCabazitaxel is typically prescribed when other treatments, specifically those involving docetaxel, have stopped working.Primary Indication: It is used in combination with prednisone (a steroid) to treat patients with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC).Mechanism of Action: It stabilizes microtubules within cancer cells. By "freezing" these structures, the drug prevents the cell from successfully undergoing mitosis (division), eventually leading to cell death.Administration: It is administered as an intravenous (IV) infusion by a healthcare professional in a clinical setting, usually once every three weeks.2. Common Side EffectsBecause Cabazitaxel affects rapidly dividing cells, it can impact healthy cells as well, leading to several side effects.Hematologic (Blood-related)Neutropenia: A significant drop in white blood cells, which increases the risk of serious infections.Anemia: Low red blood cell count, leading to fatigue and shortness of breath.Thrombocytopenia: Low platelet count, which can cause easy bruising or bleeding.GastrointestinalDiarrhea: This can be severe and may lead to dehydration.Nausea and Vomiting: Usually managed with anti-nausea medications.Constipation and Abdominal Pain.General Body SymptomsFatigue: Feeling very weak or tired.Hematuria: Blood in the urine.Neuropathy: Tingling or numbness in the hands or feet.Shortness of Breath (Dyspnea).3. Serious Warnings[!IMPORTANT]Severe Neutropenia: Patients are at high risk for life-threatening infections. Doctors often prescribe a "G-CSF" injection to help boost white blood cell production.Hypersensitivity: Severe allergic reactions can occur during the infusion. Patients are usually "pre-medicated" with antihistamines and steroids to prevent this.MonitoringWhile on this medication, your medical team will perform frequent blood tests (Complete Blood Count) to monitor your bone marrow function and renal tests to ensure your kidneys are handling the treatment well.

Product introduction SEMAGLUTIDE  INJECTION is a prescription medicine that belongs to a class called GLP-1 receptor agonists. It works in a way similar to a natural hormone in the body that helps manage hunger, digestion, and blood sugar. It works best when combined with healthy eating habits and regular physical activity.

Glipiq 4 mg Injection is used along with a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity to help lower the risk of major heart-related events, such as heart attack, stroke, or cardiovascular death, in adults who have established heart disease and also have obesity or overweight. It is also prescribed for long-term weight management in adults and adolescents aged 12 years and older with obesity, and in adults with overweight who have a weight-related health condition. In addition, Glipiq 4 mg Injection is used to treat noncirrhotic nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) in adults who have moderate to advanced liver scarring.

Glipiq 4 mg Injection is administered as a once-weekly injection. It is generally injected under the skin in your abdomen, thigh, or upper arm. Get the injection on the same day each week, at a similar time, to maintain consistent levels in your body. Along with the treatment, maintain a healthy diet and exercise regularly for maximum benefits.

The most common side effects of Glipiq 4 mg Injection include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain, constipation, and headache. These symptoms often occur during the initial stage; however, they usually improve over time as your body adjusts to the medication. Eating smaller meals or avoiding heavy, fried foods may help ease symptoms like nausea or an upset stomach. If you experience severe or persistent side effects, consult your doctor for advice.

Before starting Glipiq 4 mg Injection, inform your doctor about any medical conditions you have, particularly a history of pancreatitis, eye problems caused by diabetes (diabetic retinopathy), thyroid cancer, or severe gastrointestinal problems. This medicine is not recommended for individuals with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or those with multiple endocrine neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2).

Additionally, discuss with your doctor if you are on medications for type 2 diabetes, such as insulin or sulfonylureas; combining Poviztra 1mg Injection with these medications can increase the risk of low blood sugar levels (hypoglycemia). Your doctor may need to adjust your medicine dosage to ensure safe use.
